scrollbar in blogrings module, see title Options

is there anyway that i can put a scroll bar in my blogring module, so that way, there isnt any extra space at the bottom?

this is a scrollbar for all the modules

i gotta another question. is there anyway that i can make my subs & blogring module the same width. i've tried but i dont know where exactly it is. to edit it.

hrmmm not sure but try changing the 160 widths in ur code to 200.
