okay i was talking to my friends and some wear their bra to bed and some dont. so i was wondering if ur suppose to or not? and some ppl said that if u do ur boobs are smaller and if u dont ur boobs sag. lol. so iono what to think. do u know?

i hurrd it makes your boobs sag if you exercise WITHOUT one. well, a sports bra for that occasion.
don`t worry about wearing one to bed. nothing DRAMATIC will happen. unless you tell some of your friends, and then they`ll make fun of you wearing one to bed.  just kidding.... |

it won't make your breasts bigger or smaller, and it won't give you breast cancer, if you have big breasts, it's better if you sleep with one on because in the long run, they will sag

eh, man i Cannot wear a bra to sleep. It is so uncomfortable. If i can pull it off then i won't even wear one in the daytime. they are just so uncomfortable
 I dunno how you guys can wear them whilest you sleep

i never even thought that people wore bras to sleep until i saw all these topics about it. i never have worn bras to sleep...even at my friends houses. it's uncomfortable..especially if u have big boobs.

i heard from my camp counselor that there were unhealthy effects to wearing one to bed, but I don't remember what she said.. u_u
personally i don't cuz it hurts =P plus, i roll around a lot in bed so i'll prolly wake up with it misaligned and everything xD |

everything you hear about wearing a bra to bed is a myth..
i wouldn't recommend it because your skin needs to breathe and it's reallyyy uncomfortable it's all about comfort.. nothing bad will happen if you don't or do |
