I don't see the point in caring if they're f*cking up their lives to begin with. It's their life.

I kinda f*cked up in high school. I started out doing really well, i got into some advance placement classes and tried really hard, but a month before my junior year started my dad died. I skipped class a lot that year. I had a lot on my plate and school wasn't as important as other things i had to take care of. I'm not using that to justify my actions, i know what i did was irresponsible. I ended up graduating, though. I still haven't made it to college, but i'm not one of the people that live off the goverment without trying. I just wanted to show that the people that f*ck up in high school aren't always bad people.

agreed.
i f*cked up high school too, in a way. in my final years i was having radiation treatments done and i was living alone [i had left my home] and i just sort of gave up on life in general. i passed, but only just.
now i'm in university, getting straight a's and finally getting my life pointed into the direction i've always wanted.
i certainly didn't f*ck up my life. and it is not you to judge whether someone is a "f*ck up" or not; you don't know what is going on in peoples' lives nor is it your business.

so when i see kids messin around and jocking it makes me ... mad
i feel like there are people out there who would want an advantage like them
but they are just taking it for granted

there's a couple of people in high school in my class who absolutely mess up their life. during lessons when we use laptops they just mess around on facebok and end up on a game for two hours doing absolute no work at all. this girl who was caught talking on msn/ichat just rolled her eyes at her friend after the teacher gave her a detention.

they're so immature and i don't even know how the hell they're going to survive when they're older.

In high school i did this alot. When i had computer classes all i did was play games and talk to people on messenger. When i was in class all i did was pass notes. As far as the surviving when they're older. In college i am on my laptop all the time, or on my phone. I make straight A's and always have, yet i dont see the point on hanging off of every word the teacher says. So...i am sure they will do just fine when they grow up.

They let people use laptops in high school?

However, reality check: that's how a lot of us spend classes in college.

Agreed. thumbsup.gif
