I keep getting the impression that myspace is changing too much.
I miss the days of catchpa-free profile editing and myspace being more unique. It's beginning to give me the impression of a rather skanky gypsy dog following the facebook beast around eating the scraps of food it drops.

Too far? Haha!

hahaha. i kinda like how the "about me" and "who i'd like to meet" sections are seperated from the rest now.

although i do hate most of the other stuff theyve updated on.

Whoops, shoulda posted this in the lounge, right?
Have to wait until one of the moderators does that magic trick and moves it then, haha!

But i am starting to lose my respect for myspace... status updates, applications and all that. Sure, photo tagging is a good idea, but its just too similar to facebook to have the old myspace aura!

I just don't like how they made the boxes smaller. It's harder to go through my codes now. stubborn.gif
i agree! i almost started to freak out when i didn't see my about me/who i'd like to meet..and then i read the message from tom. i never read anything he says on the homepage stubborn.gif i don't really like how they separated the blurbs from the rest, sure it looks neater, but i'd like to edit my stuff all on the same page.

Thats the first thing i thought was "How the f**k am i suppose to code to this now?"
I hope they make them bigger.

If they disable HTML THAT would suck even more.
I hate how you cant code for facebook whatsoever.

Yeh same here, it's always usually something to do with phishing or other pointless things that are actually just his problem.

I've an idea about how to make them bigger so it's easier to code. If you use Firefox, install Firebug, select the textboxes and edit them to make them wider- it will only be temporary, but hey!

Yeh! That will be the next stage. First CCS will be dissolved and then HTML. It also annoys me how they introduced their own profile editor which blatantly no-one uses, but just because they feel insecure that there are so many profile editing sites about and that they can't really compete.

(Rant over!)
Reason for edit: merged your posts ;) -nat

Nope! It's a firefox addon which comes in so so handy! Especially great for editing layouts and doing trial and error sort of experiments with layouts. It cuts down on time because you don't have to keep saving it and then viewing it, it changes to the code you add instantly... pretty sweet!

Myspace does suck. But I can't stay away from it.
