Reminiscing about the past, thinking of what was, and dreaming of what could have been. Wishin` and believin` that we were still together is the part of me that's stuck in the past. The past that was us, and us no longer exists. Only in the past and in my memories does "us" still exist forevermore. Wishin` and wonderin` of what could have been is the dreamer in me. One dreams for us even though the grim reality is that "us" is never to come around again. And the other remembers what we used to be. Stuck in the past, but dreaming of the future. This bears the question of wondering, how much of me, pays attention to the present?

This is brilliant, I loved it. thumbsup.gif

I like how you referred back and forth between the differences and the ended came in perfectly.

yeah..usually, it's think of the first line. then build off of that, but this was an interesting way to write.
