I highly doubt that I'll be able to get the Wii the day it comes out or any time soon after that. But I'm excited for when I do. I cannot wait to play the new Smash, Mario Kart, and Mario Parties. They are the best ever. My brother will probably want whatever Starfox games are for it, too.

Nintendo's new console ships with Wii Sports, which effectively demonstrates a new breed of games only possible on Wii. The Zelda franchise is equally exclusive to the machine and Twilight Princess is must-see, must-play and must-own entry into the series that proves over and over again why Nintendo is the best developer in the world. -IGN.com

we recently heard that my near walmart is going to raffle the tickets to buy one everybody gets a ticket but only the 33 who are picked get to buy it. SO MY FRIEND AND HER BOYFRIEND GOT PICKED OUT OF THE 400 that was there. it was so awesome so she gave me the extra ticket. it was freaking amazing the chances to pick her and her boyfriend.

YAY i got my wii a day before before everyone else. it was freaking awesome and we had a police escort too. we played it for like 3 hours after we got home and it was so much fun, we only had time to play wii sports but it was freaking amazing so much funn. everybody should buy a wii. seriously.

alright tahts my say, right now im adding some additional internet channels on my wii. WOOT.

In addition to new titles, Nintendo is making the greatest video game archive in history available for download to its Virtual Console. NES games start at 500 Wii Points, Super NES games start at 800 Wii Points and Nintendo 64 games start at 1,000 Wii Points. Sega Genesis games start at 800 Wii Points and TurboGrafx16 games start at 600 Wii Points. Wii Points can be purchased online or at retail at an MSRP of $20 for 2,000 points. Additional hardware accessories, such as the Classic Controller, may be required to play Virtual Console games and are sold separately.

That is the coolest thing ever. You can download all your favorites for NES, SNES, N64 and even Sega and they play them on the Wii! And you can use a Gamecube controller with almost all of them and also the Wii controller! That's so cool! Imagine Duck Hunt with the Wii controller! hahaha.

yea it really is, i played with my dad, but he stopped playing after he hit his hand on the piano playing tennis. it was so freakng funny.

but yea did anyone's controller die yet?
one of mine did and my second controller is on its 3rd bar. i guess thats the down side of wii-motes, they should have a charge dock where you just put the wii's in place of the dock and it charges them instead of having to buy new batteries.

Actually, that's not a downside at all. I like how they stuck to the standard. You can always buy rechargeable AA batteries anyway. No problem! 15 years from now when you take Wii off the shelf and want to play some classic games (like I do with my NES and SNES all the time) you'll be able to replace the batteries easily. Unlike the PS3 or 360 built in batteries that would be long dead by then, even when charged, and the controllers are basically impossible to find.
