Is there an easier way to cut out images? Like to cut out the person from a whole picture with a background.I tried to use the selection--point by point tool but it just didn`t come out right? Is there a way on Paint Shop Pro 9 thats easier?

selection tools the only way.
if you're doing it for collages feather it at 2px and go to selections - modify - smooth, 12 px. |

what do you mean by it didn't come out right exactly? do you mean it was choppy..?
the only way, like michelle said, is the selection tool. but, if you use the selection tool and then click.. selections > modify > invert selection ( i think thats it..? not sure) and then click cut.. then it might help. also, if you haven't already did this, zoom in on the image and try to make sure the points are an equal width from the images. you don't want one of the points really close to the head and then another really far away from the leg or something. |

I think for psp, you can only use the selection tool.
You can try feather a bit or zoom in and do it more precisely. |
