eck. i'm having trouble sleeping. i love to sleep.
but.. heh, it feels like as if i forgot how.

any tips on sleeping? lol.
and if i try and think of a movie i like or whatever, i end up thinking too much.
and when i keep the tv on, i cant help but watch it. @.@

it's almost 5am, and i'm like wide awake.
i want to sleep, but i cant seem to fall asleep.

i kinda took a 4 hr nap so ive been up all night too... cant sleep yet...
but i dont think i want to so no tips hehehe

if you really want to sleep... they say people cant sleep because they think about all the stuff they have to do the next day or are thinking about alot of stuff... take out a pen and paper and write that stuff down... after the writing excersice you should be ok... hope it helps.. if not ambien

that happens to me all the time too! i don't get how people can watch TV or listen to music when they fall asleep...it actually makes me more awake because i'm trying to pay attention! i usually just sit in bed and think of something i want to dream about until i fall asleep haha...

A) Change your sheets, and put baby powder on them. [Don't ask ... it always works for me hehe]

B) Close your eyes and think about something simple but pleasant.

C) Turn on some soft music that you don't know the lyrics to. If you know the lyrics most likely you will start singing and will never be able to sleep!

well, first of all, get off the computer. bright lights (such as those from a television or computer monitor) make you feel awake.

i always sleep late a night, i usually dont go to bed until around 2-4am every night....so i wont be much of help at giving advice

i am having that problem too. i went from 8-10 hrs of sleep to now at 3-6 itz quite scary i wake up and a whole area around my eyes is brown. i wish some1 could tell me how to get more sleep too.

Clear your mind and then dont think about anything that would make you think so hard. Dont drink coffee before you try to go to sleep either.
