This design started out as a CSS journal contest entry on deviantART, but why leave it at that? I vectored parts of this myself and used brushes for the rest. The credits are listed below.
Use this layout for whatever means you like. Feel free to customize the CSS, links, and content however you want. If you remove the credit links, please put them on one of your pages somewhere. Thank you!

How to Use
Copy and paste the code into a page of your website named "index.html" and alter the content to whatever you desire.
Copy and paste to additional pages and alter content to create as many pages as you'd like. Be sure names and navigation links correlate on all the pages you create.
There is nothing fancy or tricky about this layout, but basic knowledge of HTML is strongly suggested.
