-Start off with a black and white image (or a color image and just turn it to B&W first) I'm using a picture of Keira Knightly
-Create a new layer. When the Layer Properties menu comes up, select color from the Blend mode drop-down list
-in the new color layer, airbrush or paint with a color of your choice. Then adjust the opacity level as desired until you like the way the coloring looks
NOW YOU'RE DONE.
