this is a basic code for cursor.
replace the "XXXX" with one of these (hand, crosshair, text, wait, move, help, ne-resize, nw-resize, e-resize, n-resize). the cursors are in the order of the picture above.
if u want the cursor to be different when u hover a link, then replace the "YYYY" under with a different cursor. if u want the cursor to be same when u hover a link, then replace the "YYYY" with the same cursor as "XXXX"
