Look carefully for specific instructions
Place the first code into your About Me, Who I'd Like To Meet, or Interests section. Place the second code into your CSS section. The first line of the second code is for a scrollbox in your Blurbs section. The second line is for a scrollbox in your Interests section. Add/remove either one according to your choice.
Replace the alphabet with whatever you want to put inside your scrollbox. If you want it bigger, just replace 50px with a different amount. If you want to change the width, add width:#px inside the brackets and replace the pound symbol with how wide you want the scrollbox to be.

thanks for this, but is there any way to change the width? cause whenever i try it stops it from scrolling...

It works as long as I don't change the height.
And it's really too small without changing the height.

PUT ANYTHING U WANT TO BE IN A THE SCROLL BOX HERE!!!!!!
You can also change the width & height number to change the size of the box as u need it!!!!
