Every section (except the friends and the navigation) scrolls. So write as much as you want in the section, and the section to the right (>>).
I haven't included headers in this layout... because... well, I just haven't. Use the underlined CSS if you want a headline! =]

Replace all XXXXXXX's with your Friend ID. First in the navigation section, and then in the 'other' section, where the comment box is.
(Although there's a comment link, I thought I'd include a comment box just for the hell of it. Use it if you want - delete it if you want!)
For the 'friends' section (the scrolling marquee) replace the pictures that have "http://cbimg6.com/layouts/08/01/23/24889ab.png" in them with your own URL of friend's pictures. Please don't include any pictures with a height a maximum of 95px. I did try and get it to 100px, but it looked strange! XD
'Other' section here! Uhh, I'm not sure what to put in this seciton...
So here's a comment box! Yayyyy! XD
