Textured, scrapbook looking - something I never imagined to create, but with the help of resources (and a little creativity) Perception was born. "Turning over a new leaf" is how I would describe this design - the headers, navigation have broken away from my norm, and surprisingly this is a scrolling DIV. If you do not follow the terms for this layout, don't use it - simple as that.
Tested on Firefox, IE and Opera
