For specific instructions read designer's comments

1. Disable Xanga themes (edit theme -> uncheck make this your active theme -> save)

the original image was really bad and so this was the best i could make it , yeah its kinda blurry but i sort of like it if it is not namited then u find it here at www.xanga.com/metro_skins

i like the colors and the background but the girl is really blurry. looks kinda weird unless thats the looks u were looking for ^_^
