A simple avatar (or basically a base, if you wish) from the j-drama, Hana Yori Dango. It was one of my favorite scenes, so I took a screenshot, resized, and just changed the colours.

Is this just a cropped/resized image? Looks like it, although I think itsa nice icon. I like the shades of red through out it. Her face expression is kind of amusing too.
