how do you go to the layer style box on elements 2.0?

do you mean like in photoshop 7.0 they have an f and you can stroke and do watever?

I don't even know if Elements has a layer style option...it might be too old. Go to Help or something on your Elements.

i think i found it im not sure though. I dont know why it wont let me click on it
