Does anyone know how to put a URL on a picture for a website?

Wait, I don't get it. Using HTML, you want to put the url for a link on a picture?

Sorry, I didn't know how to put it. pinch.gif But, I want to like click on the picture and have it go to a different site, is that better? huh.gif
