How do I make my own cursors? I want to use them on my xanga and etc but I don't know how to save them in the cursor formats and stuff. Do I need a special program or something?
I'll stop before I sound even more stupid....

yes u will need a program. i make my own cursors. the programs are ANIMATION SHOP 3 or u can get ARTCURSORS which is more recommended. u can get them as a trial version or buy them for 30 dollars.

its up to you.. you could if you want to but yea it's illegal no it doesnt just effect the company it may effect you...
and i don't createblog supports it. 
theres a tutorial for making your own cursors. go try to download ICONART . there you can make your own cursors. =)
