I made my first layout and decided to submit it here, I also read about SUBMITTING YOUR LAYOUT.. or whatever it was... but who do you send it to and stuff?

you go to xanga skins and click new topic
you fill it all in.. and you submit it. Someone on the staff will review it and decide if its good enough
