Well, if you become an Official Member, the createblog tools will be visible to you. Once you are an official member, you will be given these free stuff:
> Image Uploader
> Xanga Visitor Tracker
> Source decoder
> Source encoder
> Xanga skin preview
You can't use the Visitor tracker until you become an Official Member by the way.

No,you have to have 5 Daily Posts and 50 posts and go to the site the Createbloggers gave you for more info.
