How do I make a text animation like the banner on this xanga site?? I'd want one thats in Flames or Lightning though

u need an animation program .. such as jasc animation shop [ www.jasc.com ]
...but u can make free ones at www.flamingtext.com

flaming text would help but if u use some [non-moving] blending options on adobe photoshop it works out pretty neat..and u could just search for like backgrounds and wallpapers online
