A couple weekends ago I went to The Met, and saw the painting "The Mountain" by Balthus. It's a huge painting -- 12 ft. x 9 ft., I think. I thought it would be funny if I saved up enough money to buy it, because it wouldn't even fit in my apartment. So I came up with the idea of a short film in which a dude works hard to buy a huge painting, only to find it won't fit in his apartment. Here's an initial draft. It's currently unfinished, but I'll keep posting more as I write it. Critique is welcome.
