Not a fan of all the words all over the place. I think layouts should keep text usage to a minimum.

Low image quality, can't read majority of text, too much text and just not really thought out. I'd honestly start over and really think about how I'd like my design to come out before opening up Photoshop or whatever it may be and just flood the canvas with everything.
