My Photoshop won't let me click on any of the tools.
Like the brush tool, selection tool.
And any of my layers.
Help!

Most times, restarting photoshop and/or your computer will work 99% of the time. Check to see if keyboard shortcuts will still work, like b for the brush tool. If not, restart.
