I finally see the dark side of your intentions
To feed off the ones that help
Then push them off when you are strong

Insult me with your wrath
I cant explain the shadow of your feelings
Your ways will always repulse me
And I guess youll always push me away

Your greed spills over the edge
You will always take what isnt yours to have
Gluttony surrounds all that you do
Wasting everything that is good and true

Envy reeks from all you do
You desire to take all thats good for yourself
Not seeking pity from strangers
But accepting the help that comes your way

Lust for things you cannot have
You always desire something, everything
Live for things you love and want
You will never know the true price of such actions

Drown in self-induced sorrow
It does not haunt me to refuse a sloth, no more
You create your own misery
Keep on drowning my black, fallen angel


The 5 Senses
To open up your heart
And watch your life drip from your smiles
To listen to retaliation fall to the ground
And feel the pain of a thousand lies
To taste the bitter truth you’ve ignored
And smell defeat closing in
It overwhelms your senses
Cleansing your soul of your sins
