So, I'm working on a design and I think I'm going to have lightboxes be the main provider of content. Does anyone else have experience with using them? I'm not exactly a fan of Javascript, but it seems all of the good ones are pretty Java heavy. Any suggestions? Tricks? Resources?

Lightboxes are really easy to use. I use them for my portfolio. All you need to do is follow the instructions and you should be fine; their website has pretty much all the fixes for any problems you might have.

Their website? Is there an official source? I think I'm going to use the one off ParticleTree.

I believe this is the official website: http://www.lokeshdhakar.com/projects/lightbox2/

Are there any non-JavaScript Lightbox implementations?

Here is one. I haven't tried it myself yet though.
