I have never submitted a skin before so sorry if my question is just totally stupid. Am I supposed to just post a new topic and include the stuff that you need when you submit a skin? because then how would I know if it`s accepted or not? (I have already read the guidelines but am still confused about how to submit it properly).

how do they check your skin if you have not even posted it yet? because once you've posted it, it's posted and how are they supposed to check it once it's already posted? gosh this is so confusing.
