how do i go about removing the default comment box above my comments?
for a while now ive been hiding my comments; &ive recently decided i needed a change &all of a sudden this thing shows up. ive tried multiple things but it just doesnt work.

help is much appreciated :]

Are you sure that's a default comment box? It looks like a code to me. o.O

It's best if you provide your entire code, that way we can locate it.

yea that had actually been my first assumption when i said i tried everything i honestly did xD its not my "code" it just looks that way because i have this in there

but i honestly doubt adjusting a few input variables would make it something pop up like that
