I am trying to create a scrolling comment box similar to the one on the following myspace page.

I understand that this layout is owned by another person and is custom, but that doesn't change the fact that I want something like it.

I would like to have some kind of thin border around the box, and have the top friends photos and comments centered and widened to fit well within the box.
