I don't pop on as much now, but this deserves a post. Holly has been working towards this for more than a year now. I don't know anyone on staff, aside from mona, who has been on this site longer. I feel as if some of you will be jealous because Holly did become an admin in an non-traditional manor (Stafft>Head Staff>Admin). If there are any of you who are harboring jealousy and feel as if you should have been an admin, realize that the traditions set here in createblog were points of failure. They forced the staff to hire people who played a game to the top. Hiring someone outside of tradition is one of the first of many steps that will change the face of your staff in a positive way.

Holly, I love you. I know you'll become a great mod, but only time can prove this to the members of cB. Show em' what your made of sunshine.

Yea I was head staff...to keep the tradition thing going. I mean I know it was quick and all and I apologize to anyone that things its unfair and that it happened way to fast. I think Sandra as a mod is bad for the community. She doesn't pay attention to other moderating comments made in a thread, and proceeds to close when she deems it close-worthy. She exercises poor judgment. Isn't this site supposed to be for the majority, not for the mods? Aren't they supposed to help the community? I think it was very apparent that the majority of people who had an opinion on that one lovely thread wanted it open, and also shared the same feeling that it wasn't hurting them. You want your comments in mod performance Sandraaa, well here they are :)

Please explain to me how doing something that goes against the majority of the community is beneficial to the site.

You know, I think it's cool you stayed as long as you did.

I don't think that many realize (other than Spencer pointing out her "rent-an-admin" status) that Mona was asked by Jusun to stay on (if memory serves, she only did so on the condition that it would be temporary) as an admin. She did so, even though she had other things she could have done, should have done in her personal life. She stayed, helped and was instrumental in restoring this place after Suzzette spanked her inner moppet. I'm not trying to make her a martyr or anything, just wanted to personally say thank you for everything.

So thanks, Mona and good luck with everything.
