Ok, I pretty much gave up on designing things due to my lack of having a good computer that will handlle the programs to do it with. Anyway, my best friend(Who has a more useful computer than I for this stuff. It's a sexy computer too! Lol!) likes to just mess around with different programs of all sorts and be creative. So she asked me if I knew of a place where you could show creations and get some opinions. So I told her that I did and that I would get an opinion for her.(She's also the one who made my avatar and sig tag.)
