Then I cant click Submit, it just won't work.

Are you sure your screen shot is 1024x768 in dimensions, and it is the correct/required image type?
If you are submitting a div overlay, DO NOT CLICK "PREVIEW" There is nothing wrong with the layout. It is the cb preview. Just click "submit" when you've completed everything.
