We didn't used to have blogs. Createblog is a layout (blog) site, here are the layouts:
http://www.createblog.com/layouts/

But now we do have blogs, like Rebecca posted. You just have to go to the persons profile or up at the top where it says "Members" you can click "Browse entries".
