When some one is keylogged does it only sense what they type in their keyboard..or does it shows their screen too?
If some one send me a song for instance, and the song is actually a song that plays can it still be a keylogger in it?

No, it only shows what you type.
And do you mean can the keylogger sense the song that is playing?
If you don't type it, then no.
If you meant can songs come with keylogger viruses/trojans, then yes.

Actually, most keyloggers these days take screen shots every few minutes or whenever you stop typing or start up a new program.
