The Programming forum has undergone a name change to "Web Development" as it more accurately describes discussions about HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other web-related markup and scripting languages. Web Design has also been renamed to "Graphic Design". You can talk about designing tips and programs and get help!

Programming and web design were more loosely termed and we hope this will clear up any confusion.

Could someone explain the difference between "graphic design" and "digital art" to me?

The graphic design forum is mainly for help and discussion.
The digital art forum is for people to post up their own work for others to comment on, and for contests.

something else is different also.

Also I think you guys need to clearify the difference between Graphic Design and Digital Art in the little summary, because it's a bit confusing.
