"Cell Block Tango" is an excellent choice. Mmmm, a few of my favorites are "You Can't Win" from The Wiz, "Big Spender" from Sweet Charity, "Mein Herr" from Cabaret, "Popular" from Wicked, and "Everyone's a Little Bit Racist" from Avenue Q.

I love the Newsies and that is a great song!

As for my favorite, it has to be from the Phantom of the Opera. It's at the point when Raoul, Christine, and the Phantom are all down in his lair. When they all start singing their little themes, I just burst into tears because it's so beautiful and moving! I'm a dork, I know...but every time Raoul sings "I tried so hard to free you" I just can't help myself.

That and Roxie from Chicago

I wouldn't really count "El Tango De Roxanne" as a "song from a musical" just because it's originally a song by the Police. The arrangement is amazing but as for being a showtune, nah.
