The style isn't that hard, you just have to have the hair to do it. But then again, anyone can do it with enough product in their hair.

I really can't see her hair very well in the picture, but it looks ike it's just a deep side part, and then use a curling iron a little bit at the roots, and near the ends, and style at will.

I recommend a small barrel, and something ceramic...damn Wahl has this 2in1 curling iron/straightener, but I can't remember what it's called

i just got my hair cut, and when the guy styled it he used this sort of watery gel? rubbed it in my hair when it was damp, then used a blow dryer and one of those round metal brushes and curled my hair around it while blow drying. i guess it makes it not really individual curls like with a curling iron

go ask a perfessional and get them to show you as they do it.
