It's going to cause people to get angry at the government and cause them to retaliate. And exactly, it wouldn't fix problems.

SOPA and PROTECT IP.

Everyone is too busy distracted on SOPA when they don't realize PROTECT IP is way farther than SOPA and has already been through what SOPA is doing now.
