Myspace issues and a lot of question! Options

Ok,, so i left for a couple of month in the designing stuff

and i am making a myspace for somebody

for some reason... the myspace banner loooks really bad..

by the way how can i put an image over the hole myspace like sometimes people use to do i did it once but know i forgot... example of what i am telling you...
