That is pretty freaking amazing. How could he play video games, though? Every sound comes from the exact same place!

I saw the special on this kid on TV. It's pretty amazing. But it's one of those things where he lost one of his senses so another sense has to compensate. It was crazy how he was rollerblading and refuses to use a white cane so that traffic will stop for him.
Moving this to the Lounge. I think it fits a little better there. |

I wouldn't call him a daredevil.
People have many abilities when they were born, but sometimes, we rely on one thing that we forget about other things. Therefore, we lost certain human abilities. It is a known fact that a human can make much more sounds than they actually make. However, that's only if you're a child ... as you get older, our natural abilities diminished through lack of usage. The same case can apply if you can roll your tongue in 'r" sounds when speaking Spanish. Not everyone can't do that, but they could have if they were younger and practice Spanish at an early age. The same thing can also apply when making certain sounds through muscle expression when speaking Chinese. again, same thing can still apply to reasons why people speak with accents. Speaking of people from India, generally, they are fluent speakers of any language they learn since childhood ... and sometimes, they arent that fluent. |

But yeah, I guess you can't really call him a daredevil... but it is still truly amazing to me, nonetheless. |
