Forums _ Designers' Café _ Is Premiere worth having if you have Photoshop Extended

I mean... sure Photoshop Extended has some video editing capabilities, but I guess Premiere has the mandatory tools needed like cutting and transitions?

adobe premiere caters to a different group than photoshop extended.
personally I don't like premiere, sony vegas is a much better alternative

Sony Vegas is for f*gs.
Premier+After Effects+Photoshop is the best combo.
However its not important to have Premier and Photoshop if you'll only be doing image editting.
