I'm not positive, but I used to have WinRAR. It expired so I uninstalled it. I needed it again one day so I reinstalled it and it worked again.
You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the program, though I'm not saying I advocate it. |

You should be able to keep using it even if it's expired. I do. I just click cancel each time it tells me I need to pay and keep usig it anyway.

Try Rarlab.com. On the left it'll say downloads, and download it from there.
