A family of three move from Boston to Los Angeles as a means of reconciling their past anguish. They move to a restored mansion, unaware that the home is haunted.

IT'S SO FUCKING GOOD. Anybody watch it?

Posted by: wwwww Dec 21 2011, 12:57 AM

no but based on that photo I might start.

I DO. It's soooooo amazing I agree. At first I thought it was going to be all boring drama with like a random ghost thrown in BUT I WAS SO WRONG. I still need to watch the last 2 episodes though.

I am surprised with how much they get way with. You would almost think this was on HBO not FX.

I hate Hayden though. I hope her whole thing kinda ends soon.

CJ - Do it. I watched it just for the photo too.

I've only watched the first episode, but I want to watch more episodes so if anyone knows where I can find the other episodes....I would really appreciate it.

I planned on watching this but missed the premiere. DirectTv sucks so i haven't bothered much trying to catch up.

You can now watch full episodes on http://vod.fxnetworks.com/watch/ahs.

As for next season, they said the series will have a http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/12/28/american-horror-story-season-two-secret/ (which I find stupid because I loved the cast they had in the first season).

I REALLY hope at some point they tie in or at least let us know what went down with the first family.

They can't just create the anti Christ and then be like BYE BYE. Not to mention the 2-3 other plots/questions that are pretty damn major that I would like to see finished/answered. I get it, and it does work but I'm just someone who wants to know everything about everything before something knew is started lol.

The next house and family better be god damn amazing though

I actually like that they ended it like they did. I mean, I felt that if they continued the storyline in s2, it would have gotten really... bad so imo, it's a good move to make s2 completely different.

Also, even though it was open-ended, I feel like we got enough closure with the main characters for it to be satisfying.

I don't think the risk of the old story line becoming shitty is any greater than the risk of the new story lines just being shit to begin with

That being said I'll be glad not to see Hayden anymore. Hated her.

i don't think it's really about an old story line becoming shitty, i think the story just ended. that's it, the end, you know? like they probably didn't even think of where to go past the last episode. there's really not much you can do with that storyline because all the main characters are... dead. if there was a continuation, it would just be about that creepy antichrist kid killing everything and ending the world and that would be sort of lame.

also i read one of the main reasons jessica lange took the role was bc it wasn't a multiple seasons commitment? idk.

i think the every season becoming a new story is good just bc it gives them a lot more room to experiment. take from the past experience and make an even better story. so like after a bunch of seasons, instead of a long, drawn-out, beat-down storyline (sort of like what dexter is becoming to me), it's like a collection of interesting, short(er) stories. i just personally like that idea more.

I can't torrent them :(
My college gives you a laptop, and if you get caught downloading you get expelled.
