There have been several requests to add into new sections for layouts made for other blogging/friends sites previously.
I use hi5, and I know that it recently added in new features for CSS customization. I don't know if there is really that big of a demand for hi5 layouts, but we'll see. And also I don't think many hi5 members actually BLOG on their hi5, so it's not really considered as a blogging site. Meanwhile, you might like to check the layouts we have for Blogger, LiveJournal, MySpace, Xanga and websites! http://www.createblog.com/layouts/ |

^ I agree with Winnie. I don't really use Hi5, I perfer myspace or xanga just because a majority says it's easier to use and it is in my opinion.

And you just got to gather other features for your xanga.
If you're looking for a good image storage, use bizly for your xanga, tracker, and etc. ya know what i mean? I know hifive offers whole other features. Instead, use other servers for Xanga. |

Well, there's a blogging feature on MySpace, but not everyone uses it. I know I don't. So, why not provide hi5 layouts?

Well... I don't think it's possible to use DIVs or any other codings to completely change the layout of hi5, they say you can only use CSS customization, but then, I haven't experimented it myself, so I wouldn't know.

And you just got to gather other features for your xanga. do you even know what you are talking about anymore? non of your posts ever make sense. If you're looking for a good image storage, use bizly for your xanga, tracker, and etc. ya know what i mean? I know hifive offers whole other features. Instead, use other servers for Xanga. since when did this become a thing about xanga tracker and storage rather than hi5 skins? |

I'm saying that, hi5 offers features/resources that Xanga doesnt have.
If xanga doesnt have this "feature". he/she can get this "feature" from some other websites. sorry for my lack of english. yes, i know. i'm a fob. |

Maybe createblog doesn't have hi5 layouts because it isn't very popular. I haven't heard about it until this topic, and now that I look at it, it seems like one of those wanna be myspace's and xanga's. Having Hi5 layouts would take up space. Maybe if Hi5 gets pretty popular, then you can bring it up to an admin.

Yeah, okay. Right after we add Tabulas and Friendster.
Really, once I see a Hi5 link in practically everyone's signature, then it'll be considered. Until then... -shrug- Wait until it gains popularity. |

That's a shame :(
Hi5 just added a music feature like myspace, so hopefully it should become more frequently used. Please seriously consider this though. If you want you could add the category for temporary use and if it doesn't work you could always take it down? |

But the thing is, Hi5 isn't well-known no matter what "alexa" says. Frankly I've never heard of this alexa ranking. And, if Hi5 has the music feature that Myspace has, why not use myspace?
There're a lot more different blogsites to choose from. Take Reili's examples: friendster and tabulas, they're more well known, but cB just can't cater to every single little blog site. |
