I don't pop on as much now, but this deserves a post. Holly has been working towards this for more than a year now. I don't know anyone on staff, aside from mona, who has been on this site longer. I feel as if some of you will be jealous because Holly did become an admin in an non-traditional manor (Stafft>Head Staff>Admin). If there are any of you who are harboring jealousy and feel as if you should have been an admin, realize that the traditions set here in createblog were points of failure. They forced the staff to hire people who played a game to the top. Hiring someone outside of tradition is one of the first of many steps that will change the face of your staff in a positive way.
Holly, I love you. I know you'll become a great mod, but only time can prove this to the members of cB. Show em' what your made of sunshine.

I think Sandra as a mod is bad for the community. She doesn't pay attention to other moderating comments made in a thread, and proceeds to close when she deems it close-worthy. She exercises poor judgment. Isn't this site supposed to be for the majority, not for the mods? Aren't they supposed to help the community? I think it was very apparent that the majority of people who had an opinion on that one lovely thread wanted it open, and also shared the same feeling that it wasn't hurting them. You want your comments in mod performance Sandraaa, well here they are :)
Please explain to me how doing something that goes against the majority of the community is beneficial to the site.

I don't think that many realize (other than Spencer pointing out her "rent-an-admin" status) that Mona was asked by Jusun to stay on (if memory serves, she only did so on the condition that it would be temporary) as an admin. She did so, even though she had other things she could have done, should have done in her personal life. She stayed, helped and was instrumental in restoring this place after Suzzette spanked her inner moppet. I'm not trying to make her a martyr or anything, just wanted to personally say thank you for everything.

Is this a fucking joke? Just got back, and I view the forums, and I see half the online people with BOLD names. Why don't we make EVERYONE a damn mod why don't cha. I won't argue and say each of these people don't deserve to be on staff. But wow, eight people? Is that many necessary? Well it doesn't even matter anyways. I'm sure 4-5 of them will either be gangbanged on and critique by others soon enough, or they'll step down on their own.

Each person deserved their position in my honest opinion. Also the average amount of people on staff is like 10 on people and design staff 4 head staff and at least 3 admins.

I don't remember when but it started in the VIP lounge when OM's and OD's go their name colors changed. Then staff wanted it too. So now the colors change for the season or just for the heck of it.

Suzzette was horrible for the job, that's why we had our whole crusade against her. She was power hungry, manipulative, and didn't care what anyone else had to say. That's something I like about Holly, she listens.

She talked to me on aim about them, she really wasn't that angry she said, its just if she never used smilies you would get all over her ass about it and then when she used smilies everyone was still all over her ass about it.
It was a lose lose situation for her. Shes gone now and I don't really think there is a need to talk about her anymore guys.
Thanks Steven, I enjoy listening to everyone's thoughts and taking them in to consideration. Everyone has their flaws though.

UH no.. Dani asked to move to Design staff.
Mike (IVIike) is going to be taken down from his Design Staff status for a month to take the time to think about what he did and to contact the artists that he can find their work to.
After a month (February 8th, 2008 9:00AM EST) he'll be reviewed by the new admins and they will decide if he can come back to the staff team or not.
