^ It's always a pleasure to log in and see a gorgeous picture of Alexander.
The series strays a lot from the books, but in unlike many adaptations I've seen, I LOVE the way that the show has strayed. First case in point - Lafayette. Had they not strayed, he would have been the one found dead at the end of season 1. SMART move. I don't know how I'd feel about True Blood without Lafayette. They also increased visiblity for Tara and Jason. I also think that Jason is a more likeable character in the series than he is in the novels. I like Bill's characterization in the series more as well. He's also more likeable. I've never been fond of Bill Compton in the novels. Eric is clearly the standout suitor. I've even learned to like Anna Paquin's Sookie. I'm a buxom lady myself, so I have always been fond of Sookie's looks, as they are described in the novels. Paquin, while pretty in a different way does not look like the Sookie I've read about. She's far too thin and her boobs are far too small. Then again, I like big boobs. What can you do? |

They've actually padded her shorts and her Merlotte's t-shirt to try to give her more of an "oomph," haha. Yeah, Lorena creeps me out, too! It's so weird seeing an interview with the actress, as she's completely different. Well, same goes for Bill, heh. |

The actress is actually quite plain to me, but in a pretty way (plain isn't always bad). I also think that the guy who plays Bill looks better outside of the series. I have no complaints about Alcide. He looks awesome. Oh and this: True Blood ties your vampire ass to the toilet and flushes Don't read if you haven't seen the episode yet. I love her commentary. Also: Ep 1 Ep 2 Ep 3 |

"Miley Cyrus, is that you?" HAHA. Yeah, I think that I read it for the episode prior to this. Pretty ridiculous. I love the Talbot reaction to Tara, hahaha.

FINALLY caught up with season 3!!
I have no complaints about Alcide. He looks awesome. Oh and this: True Blood ties your vampire ass to the toilet and flushes Don't read if you haven't seen the episode yet. I love her commentary. I LOVE ALCIDE!! I wasn't a fan of him in the books and I really hope they don't decide to go with the Alcide/Sookie romantic arc even though it looks like they might. BUT I do love how they casted him. hot damn. Plus the commentary is spot on. haha. |

He's got a subtle, rugged quality that I most enjoy. That lady's commentary almost makes like Lorena. Almost. |

So in the matter of the last two episodes Mott has reached Eric status to me. pleeeeeease tell me he sticks around! He's hilarious.\
Eh, I liked the Tara bashing in the commentary lol. I don't mind the 234567 stories all at once tbh. |

Yeah, Mott is a favorite of mine too now. He steals every scene he's in. I laughed about the texting bit for days.
I don't mind all the arcs either, though they do tend to seem rushed at times. There's just a ton of characters now and they all need some screen time. I miss Holt/Jessica. :( |

Either way I don't like that whole thing going on. I like Sam, but I never really like his drama, lol. His family can just up and leave and I will be fine with it. I don't know what to think of Jason and that girl. The whole time the only thing that came into my head was "she's going to end up being your cousin don't do it!" lmao. |

He isn't dead. Of all the weapons on the wall she made a dumb move. But damn, that was nasty. oh I know. She is just annoying in general. Hoe should be happy for a chance to be a vamp. Maybe then she won't be so damn lame. No love for tara but a felt bad for Lafayette. :c He's also one of my all time favorite people. |
