hmmmm I do track but not wrestling....track is tough because of you get tired after the few practice...i don't think it's as hard has wrestling since we don't grab things and use ouor arm muscles....so I say Track is Easier

track = wrestling
--- in track, you will probably need more speed than technique because you are running. in wrestling, you will probably need more technique than speed, though you must be quick, too. so i think that they are equal. |

pshh track owns wrestling. (in my opinon)
you may have to lift weights for wrestling and do a little bit of running but track does both as well. we've got 2-3 hour practices daily running around the track and doing different workouts for meets. your legs end up getting tired after a few minutes and its hard to keep up with some. |

NOne is harder. I'm a fast runner, and a submission wrestler.

Track is hard, because depending on what event you run, it's about building up your endurance for long distances or your speed and power for sprints.
I do track, so I would think it is harder. |

i imagine track is harder, i wouldn't really know but they are very close..
i'd argue that swimming is harder than both of these tho.. but this isnt what this topic is about to so i'll leave it at that. |

I have a bunch of guy friends that do both,
and most of them say wrestling is harder. I've watched a lot of their wrestling practices and it was brutal. They didn't just wrestle. They were outside doing sprints, and they had to run along with the track team one practice. For soccer we used to run about half of what the track team would run, and i was dying at the end lol. So personally, I have no idea...I think they are both hard, just in different ways. My guy friends say wresting, so i dunno, take your pick. |

Both are very hard to do. I'm in track but I do the field events. (I'm not in shape though and find it very easy)
Very Tough choice...... I think I would have to go with track. my choice would be biased though, because I'm in track and have never wrestled. |
