Well, since their last year in Hogwarts is the 7th year, its predictable. But im still sad. Id love to figure out what happens after Hogwarts. I just really hope Harry lives.

I kinda thought that the 7th book would be the last anyway? It's his last year, anyhow...

I thought that was sort of an unwritten fact?

I read the 6th book way too quickly, I didn't really absorb all the stuff in there so I'm going to have to read it again. Yeah, but...the 6th book was really sudden, it was almost like half a part of a story.

Hopefully the 7th book gives us some closure. Agh.

Maybe i'm wrong.

I haven't read the 6th book yet. I have yet to do that.
I remember when the first book came out...back like when i was just entering middle school? and now in college...man, so much has happened. I'm really excited about this book though. I'm sure it'll be great.
If she kills off someone else I swear...I'll....
I dunno...rip the book. or something..

^ She should have done tha aftermath of Hogwarts. Like maybe some odd 5-20 years later. See how their life was or something. Gahh. Or she should have just continued after they got out of Hogwarts. That would have been wonderful.

): Sad that theres about to be only one more book.

i've been rereading them all in sequence and watching the movies after i finish each. it's going to be very sad when the last one comes out, but i think it would ruin it if she kept following them after they left hogwarts.

Yeah, I agree with William.
It might turn it stale and cheesy.
XD
Like when 8 simple rules went on after John Ridder died.

Yeah, that's exactly what I think.

She should quit when she's ahead. There's really no use in stretching out something successful until it becomes boring and pathetic.

I'd rather JK Rowling NOT release anymore HP books after the 7th one.
I don't mind re-reading them over and over again.

well...it was a known fact that there would only be 7 books, and she's hoping to finish it by the end of this year or something.

Bad news, although I think I was more distraught when the Star Wars: X-wing series came to an end.

I am going to be bawling.

But there's no way she would release the 7th one now. O_o It's way too soon...

I do want to know the ending but I don't want her to finish it all in one go. From where we were last left off, Harry had a whole quest to finish. I doubt she could make everything seem right and natural in one book that's from 500-800 pages. I seriously doubt it. Maybe she'll break it up into two books.

I hope she does considering a lot of people said Book Six was rushed.

I'll probably cry, since I've already cried in the fifth and sixth ones. But I think I will be satisfied with the ending and be glad when it's over.

HIP HIP HOORAY! Harry Potter is way over rated.

I have the plot summary for the next book. Don't be surprised if the book is like this, cause all of the books are.

Harry Potter goes back to school. Ron Beasly gets into a mess. Hermoine scolds some people. Snape gets pissed off at the crew. Harry potter catches the golden snitch. Dumbledore's ghost says some wise but cryptic words. Crew discovers a nefarious plot. Harry fights a seemingly hopeless battle, but wins.

I grew up reading Harry Potter, so I am pretty sad to let it go.

She just started work on the 7th book, so it'll be a while before the last book comes out anyway. There are rumors going around that she might start a new series of books (with no relation to HP) but my dad keeps telling me, "What's the point? She has all the money she'll ever need."

Which is totally true, since she's worth millions of dollars. *sigh* I guess when the series is finally over, all I'll have left is fanfiction.

Mucho love,

Aly
