- One thing that moderating team asks of you is to please be clear in your topic title and address what it is you're having an issue with. (For example, if you are using Windows Vista and encounter a problem, please include Windows Vista somewhere in your topic title.)
- People are here to help you, but please understand that we may not have the answer to your question.
- People who are responding to your topic are taking time to make sure that your problem is going to be resolved, so please be respectful to them.
